We believe that as our students are made in the image of God, they are endowed with inherent dignity, and therefore worthy of love, respect, and acceptance. Our students are blessed with distinctive character, aptitudes, and abilities, and are nurtured and developed as a whole person – the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, and social – to their fullest potential.
We ensure that our teachers are those who are passionate in teaching, love, and care for young people, and are equipped with good morale and professional competency. Our teachers also need to have good communication skills and are of the Christian faith to best impact our students through their own godly character and lifestyle based on their vital personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Formation promotes students’ spiritual development through values-based worldview formation. Centred on WMS’s value – God-Centrednesso Respect for Life, Integrity, and Excellence with Humility, students are guided to think clearly, discern wisely and build convictions about self, community and faith that are rooted in truth. Through reflective practices, service-oriented experiences, and community engagement, spiritual formation nurtures grounded, compassionate individuals who respect diversity and contribute positively to society.

The logo to communicate the motto, “Above and Beyond”. That is why it has been designed to give a sense of upward and expanding movement, with the flame and the book elements.
The “Flame” element represents the Light of Wisdom that comes from knowledge and truth which for Christian can only genuinely come from God’s illuminating Holy Spirit.
The “Cross” element communicates the Christian identity and mission inherent in the WMS schools.
The “Book” element is symbolic of both the Bible (living out His word – James 1:22-25) as well as “Education/ Knowledge/Wisdom”.
“Above and Beyond” communicates the pursuit of excellence as well as God’s call to us in Christ to the highest and best in life (Philippians 3:14)
